KB has a strong will. She comes from a long line of strong wills but that is not the point of this post so why go into it? *smile* The point IS that she has strong opinions and is very determined to see her ideas come to fruition. Her latest “great” idea was for all of us to wear Bubba’s undies on our heads. How do I know this was her idea? Because she took a pair of undies out of his drawer, walked over to me, “wiped” the undies on my head and stomped her foot. There you go.

This week was Diaper Deal week at Walgreens. We really like Walgreens’ brand diapers/pull-ups so we look for ways to save. We usually come out way ahead of Sam’s and since we don’t like Wal*Mart brand, I have never compared the price. (I am frugal not cheap.)

Basically there was a “if you buy 2 you get $2 off” deal and then a $3 off 2 in the weekly flier AND we get 10% off since we have a members card. So, I have (thus far) bought 6 packs of diapers and 8 packs of pull-ups and paid $62.00. That comes out to $4.43/pack of diapers/pull-ups. NOT BAD! A savings of $54.40.

And that’s how it’s done.
