You asked, I give! It’s embarrassingly simple:

Cuban Black Beans & Pork
4 cans black beans
1/2 cup dressing
3 lb smoked pork butt

Use Italian or vinaigrette dressing. Combine drained beans and dressing. Stir well. Add meat. Low = 8 hours; High = 4 hours

I serve it over rice.
