Emily and Steph:

You asked, I give! It’s embarrassingly simple:

Cuban Black Beans & Pork
4 cans black beans
1/2 cup dressing
3 lb smoked pork butt

Use Italian or vinaigrette dressing. Combine drained beans and dressing. Stir well. Add meat. Low = 8 hours; High = 4 hours

I serve it over rice.
Enjoy!

Didn’t mean for my soup comment to be anonymous, but I’m thinking you know who posted it. Meagan P, a.k.a. italian wedding soup maker that you will never live down.
