Oh The Places You’ll Go

KB and I have 45 minutes completely alone each day. These are photos of the places I found her during half that time:

Daddy’s red rocking chair was becoming a real problem, so I tried to remove the problem:

Haiku – How Kool

Shannon, over at Rocks in My Dryer, is having a haiku contest today. I entered. I was feeling pretty confidant until I realized there were PAGES of comments/entries!!! Still, it was fun to be challenged to think outside my white farmhouse box.

The challenge was to write a Haiku about school beginning again.
Here’s my Haiku:

“Two kids in Preschool
Every day bus schedules changing.
Mom’s heart can’t take either.”

I know you are struck with the depth and complexity. Such meaning packed into a 5 syllable/7 syllable/5 syllable compilation. I will be silent now so you can regain your composure.
