Baking Days are sweeping the blogging world and I LOVE the idea. Stresses me out, but I love the idea. My friend Amy just cooked an ungodly amount of beans (by accident, I think) and then linked me to this blog for a recipe called “brown bag burritos”. Of course I keep perusing the blog and came upon a recipe for BBQ Meatballs. Sounds yummy but I realized I don’t know what to do with meatballs!

Can anybody help me???

My friend Jen makes the coolest PB&J sandwiches. The first time I saw her serve them I thought she was the mega-mom and immediately committed to do my very best to be just like her one day. THEN I found out she just used a tool by Pampered Chef. That’s it. I was one easy purchase away from being as cool as Jen.

Sadly, these turned out a bit messy so I evidently am more than just a purchase away from Jen status. Practice, Practice, Practice.

Funny thing is that when I cut the sandwiches this way the kids eat them like candy AND ask for a second one. WHAT is that about?
