My friend Jen makes the coolest PB&J sandwiches. The first time I saw her serve them I thought she was the mega-mom and immediately committed to do my very best to be just like her one day. THEN I found out she just used a tool by Pampered Chef. That’s it. I was one easy purchase away from being as cool as Jen.

Sadly, these turned out a bit messy so I evidently am more than just a purchase away from Jen status. Practice, Practice, Practice.
Funny thing is that when I cut the sandwiches this way the kids eat them like candy AND ask for a second one. WHAT is that about?

Hey! Love that tool!!! I bought it when I saw it at a pampered chef party years ago. My kids call the sandwiches “crustables”. It is after the store brand “Uncrustables” that look the same. (In your grocers freezer!) Whenever they say, “I'd like a 'crustable' mom.” I know what they are talking about! Enjoy it! MO 🙂
