There’s a house near the library and I just love the color of the door. The house sits on a corner and the front door actually faces the corner and therefor the library’s exit. EVERY TIME we go to this libary I have the opportunity to admire the door and I usually comment on how much I love the color.
Last time we were there I mentioned that it would make a great “no money” Christmas gift for Honey to walk up and knock on the door and ask the folks for the name of the color so I could have it if God ever allows us to buy a house. I knew he would never do this, but I thought I would mention it in case he was willing to pay Kent to knock on the door.
A couple weeks after this conversation, enough time that I had forgotten all about it, Honey had to go run some errands and when he came home he showed me this:
Yeah, that’s a picture of the door. He went up and took a photo of the door, uploaded it to the Behr website and did a color match analysis (all on his iPhone) and came home with the name and number of the color I love. Now that’s a man who really loves me, eh?
