I ask you to pray for our Little because I claim “My God is so big, so strong and so mighty there’s nothing my God cannot do!”
I ask you to pray and I am thankful when you do because I am “prone to wander, Lord I feel it! Prone to leave the God I love.”
And in those moments I realize “I am like a mustard seed who’s waiting for some proof”
Truth is, “He’s still working on me to make me what I ought to be. . . How loving and patient He must be.”
Tonight Little had a big victory. For the first time in her almost 8 years she asked to go to the bathroom AND WENT. And tonight I “join with all nature in manifold witness to Thy great faithfulness, mercy and love.”
So I ask you to pray as we experience this glimpse of hope. Pray for our Little and pray for me as I pray too because “hope is hard to hold to Lord. I believe only help my unbelief.”
Praise the Lord! I’m as excited as you are – well almost. One small step for her, one giant step of faith that it will continue!
Oh I am hopeful and excited for you. Love your kids so much.
Wow. Thanks for sharing this. HUGE. Rejoicing.
WOW!!!!! Our God is SOOOOO good! I have goose bumps!
Prayers all the way from the desert (I am in Arizona this week!),
Tears flood my eyes. Thank you for recognizing his faithfulness and sharing it with us that we may not only share in your joy but also be reminded that “Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world.” 😉
holding back the tears while I smile from ear to ear
