I know it’s hard to read.

Basically, this involves making a stencil out of Contact Paper, sponging paint onto clean shoe treads, and pressing the shoe onto the stencil/shirt. Add paint to shoe as needed. Wash shoe immediately upon completion. Let paint dry before removing the stencil.
