Coralie left a comment on my previous post and linked up to a precious crocheted birdie for KB’s birdhouse. Well, I don’t “work” with yarn, but it made wonder if I could find something on Etsy!
Next, I checked my Google reader and was glancing through posts. The most recent post on Handmade by Jill was about an owl BUT she referenced a bird mobile she had made for her son and linked to it. In THAT post there was a link to the original mobile and a PATTERN for the birds!!! Looks so simple I could squeal!!!
I’ll let you know when it’s done and I might even let you see (I’ll wait to see how it turns out). Then, we’ll name the birdie Cora, since Coralie inspired me to action.

oh my sister made those birds! She says they're really easy, but I'd rather do yarn than sew something any day. 🙂
I wish I'd grown up in the computer generation. I love what ya'll can do just sitting in a chair and using a keyboard. Can't wait to see it. MM
