Bunko Truffles

There’s a group of about 15 girls who play Bunko once a month. We each bring a prize and a bit of yummy goodness to munch while playing. This month I decided to make a recipe I saw on another blog – Oreo Cream Cheese Truffles. I think they turned out very pretty. They tasted yummy with the chocolate on them but looked so much prettier with the white chocolate addition. It made me think of my sister-in-law as I added the white chocolate swirls – that is something she would do. Go the extra step to add a pretty garnish. When I grow up I want to be just like you, Brooke! Here’s my first step. .

I make these at Christmas, except I dip them in white chocolate. I usually skip the garnish, since my family eats them so quickly and doesn’t care what they look like :). It has become one of the girls’ favorite Christmas treats! Yummy!

I am very impressed. Should I call you Martha? Have fun with Andy! And, know that I am touched that Little would think of Mr. Eubank. :o)
