Barbecue Cups Work for Me

I love reading the blog Rocks in my Dryer. Every Wednesday she hosts “Works for Me Wednesday” – this is my first time to participate. The theme this week is recipes with five ingredients or less! What a treasure this is going to be! Quick and easy recipes work for me!

Barbecue Cups
1 lb beef
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbs brown sugar
1 can biscuits (just the regular size – NOT Grands)
3/4 cup cheddar cheese

1. Brown the meat and drain. Add BBQ sauce and sugar.
2. Place 1 biscuit into each muffin cup and press dough up onto sides.
3. Spoon meat in and sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake 10-15 min. at 400 degrees.

Another Dare. . .

Okay, Chick-fil-a fans, I have a dare for YOU!

July 11 is Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-a. If you go to your local restaurant dressed head to toe as a cow, you get a free combo meal! Partial cow attire will get you a free entree! SERIOUSLY!

So, if you go, then take a picture and post it on your blog and send me the link!

I am disappointed because I have a rockin‘ cool game night at church that night – I’ll have to see if I can do the “dress like a cow” bit for an early dinner – or maybe we’ll need to do lunch. I have a week to work that out – for now I’ll just moooooove it to the back burner!

Good night!
