Naomi Katherine Jackson was born today – June 22, 2010 – at 7:14 AM.
She was something like 7lbs. and an oz.

No, I have no photo to show you. There’s one on my phone but my blue tooth doesn’t work and I don’t know how to get it to my computer. And NO ONE has thought to email me one.

While talking to my friend Nicole tonight, she said, “That’s exciting about the baby. Surely there was a tshirt made somewhere for the occasion?”

Memom called over a month ago and requested a pink “Naomi’s Memom” shirt. Here’s what she got:

A little extra onesie for my new niece. Can’t wait to get a photo of the two of them together wearing these bad boys. I will get a picture. . . won’t I?

Vacation Bible School begins today at our church. The kids will be hitting the High Seas. It’s Bubba’s first year to participate. He is disappointed that he is missing summer school.

His schedule is all ready – I think he’s going to love VBS. Summer school will never look the same!

(I was planning on writing the schedule on an index card but Graham, the Director of Children’s Ministry, said she fully expected a nautical themed schedule. With a challenge like that what was I to do!!! *wink*)
