One of the blessings at Promise Christian Academy is called Lunch Club.  Mrs. Barron fixes lunch for the kiddos and purposefully works to expand their preferred foods.  Little was getting more and more picky until she started with Lunch club and now I can quote her as saying, “May I have a hamburger?” and “I love the carrot souffle!”  Thank you Promise Christian Academy!
