The Measure of a Mom

I say it is too bad that moms aren’t measured in how many pairs of jeans they go through (and I don’t mean because of weight gain or loss).

We have had some sort of therapy (physical, occupational, developmental, and speech) going on in our house for the past 3.5 years and I have spent a lot of time on the floor. I just wore a hole in my third (or fourth) pair of jeans. I actually bought a pair of jeans and dubbed them “to not be worn around the house because I will end up on the floor in them and wear a hole in the knee” jeans.

I’ve either got to stand up more, buy knee pads, or better quality jeans.

I am laughing as I read this because I have said the same thing. I wear them out so quick. I too have bought a “not to be worn around the house” pair. Love it!!!
