Today we drove 1 1/2 hours to Columbia, MO to visit our friends, the Summeralls. After living next door for three and a half years and having babies just months apart, etc. Kermit graduated a month ago and took a job in Nicole’s hometown doing college ministry with the EPC church The Crossing. He is meeting with guys from Univ. of MO and there are about 300 students who attend the church. It is all very exciting and we are thrilled for them.

We toured the town, saw the campus, ate pizza at a local “hot spot” and actually had conversation while our children all napped this afternoon. It was such a wonderful day and I am so thankful we got to make the day trip. Good friends are worth gold, eh?
